 Ok well first off she likes you both. A girl doesnt always like a guy just because of the way that they look. So if you think you are more attractive than your brother well then that is fair enough but that doesnt mean that she likes you more than your brother because looks arent everything. Personality is the big thing plus everyone finds different things that are attractive in people.
If you want to ask her out well then go for it. If she likes you back well then thats great and if she knocks you back well at least you wont be left wondering what could have happened. If she says no just ask can you both put it behind you and still remain friends.
