writes:me and one of my best mates are both 16. I ave had feelings for her for afew years and people say she has for me but the subjects never been brought up. Anyway i stop over at hers quite alot and am normally on the sofa bed in her room which is next to her bed. last night thought her mum and dad had weren't in they had gone away the friday before and got back tonight and i was round her and fell asleep downstairs. She woke me up to tell me what time it was and to say she was going to bed. The sofa bed was packed full of her stuff but she said if i wanted to stop i could sleep with her(she promised she wouldn't kick me out) even though she has a single bed. So i did and i slept up next to the wall. All i rememeber is going straight to sleep but i woke up in the middle of the night cuddling her and it felt so right i didn't want to let go. So i got up for the toilet as thats what i needed and got back in and put my arms round her again. This is how we were all night and when we woke up. She didn't say anything we just lay there talking infact she didn't even seem to mind. We are very close and everything but what does this mean? Is there really something between us but we are afriad to move on? Where do we go from now? I can't sleep when i'm on my own now because i want her there with me. Help!

hey, i read your comment and completely understand what is going through your mind and your emotions, as i am experiencing the same but with a boy mate. simple really
have you tried telling her how you feel? and has she ever mentioned her feelings towards you other than a friend? the fact she offered you to sleep in her bed, and didnt mind you two hugging suggests she may fancy you, but the best thing to do is to sit down and have a talk, i hope it goes well for you!
