 hiya you should just ask him how he feels about you because if he is meeting up with you he obviously enjoys your company he might want a friendship or a relationship with you.
i personally would just ask him straight but if your shy then i think you should do it by text becuse you cant see each other when your texting and its better than having a negative result in person (if there is one hopefully not though).
what have you got to loose if you dont do it now you might regret it in the future. just go for it!!

Yeh !! Why Not tell him how you feel. But i can understand why u might be slightly nervous and agitated coz we still are old fashioned and think guys should make the first move. But if you guys are reeli good friends then why not.
However, tell him in a relaxed and calm environment to avooid the pressure just incase he may not feel the same way. Thereofre the friendship will remain and who knws in the future actuli turn into something u reeli want. !! :)
