OP don't be embarrassed to go see your doctor for advice, I have some friends who are doctors I can tell you some amount of stories of the things they've seen people shove up their arses, it's a very popular past time and doctors don't think anything of it.
OP learn to do a prostate massage with your fingers (google it). Maybe that's what your doing with your dildo but fingers are way better for it and safer too.
OP the anus isn't designed for this kind of thing you can damage it irreparably to the point of losing control of it for good, you don't want that to happen.

 The anus has very fragile skin, and tears and bleeding is extremely common, even with lube or even fingers or a penis or anything. That's why it's a very risky activity.
You may want to get a different kind of dildo, maybe a different size or different material, or be a bit less rough, or use different lube. If you still bleed, going to a doctor and getting some advice might help quite a bit. It could be as simple as you having hemorrhoids and not knowing it.
