48 minutes probably won't make a difference. It's a medical pill, it doesn't have a watch. It's not sitting in there staring at a clock, oops three minutes have gone by. I'm fairly sure as long as it's within about 3 hours of the 12 hours you'll be fine. No pregnancy prevention here! Call the pharmacy and ask their advice. I'm 99% sure you're fine. You were within the hour of the 12 hours, which is about as good as you could hope to do. Relax, breathe. You've done good :)

You should be fine, the only difference can be that it will only be about 90 or 85 percent effective instead of like 99 percent

48 minutes shouldn't make that much difference.
But if in doubt go back to the place you got the pill from and get their advice.
Is their nothing in the leaflet about this?
Good Luck!! xx
