writes: i told a close male friend that i loved him, but i didnt mean to make him uncomfotable, he didnt say it back he just said 'thats sweet of u'. i feel abit embarrassed now, but i thought we were heading towards that, as he said he really liked me and wanted to kiss me etc. Do you think i have scared him off now? how should i act or what should i say to him now? please help Reply to this Question Share |

Dont worry....its not the end of the world,ok so you told him you loved him,at least he knows how you feel.Obviously you are embarrassed because he didn't say it back....never mind,maybe in time he will say it back,in the meantime i wouldn't say it again until he feels the same....that way he wont feel pressurised into saying it.Just take it nice and slow and see what happens.

Hello, Telling this guy your true feelings was the wise thing to do, keeping feelings locked up hurts and becomes rather depressing. Although, when you told him, it probably came as a bit of a shock to him, but you obviously have something special going on as he seems physically attracted to you. Give this guy some time, if he feels the same way he will let you know... soon. There is no need to be embarressed about your feelings though, everyone gets them but sometimes they just aren't shown back! Good luck!... rate me please...
