I suggest you tell him to sort his ex's out before he calls you again. This is disrespectful to your relationship. If he is living with one, going out with you and still being supportive to the 2nd ex as well, what a hassle!!!!
Are you completely sure he is not seeing all of you in a relationship capacity????? That is what I would be concerned about. I don't think this man sounds totally unattached or emotionally separated from all of these women.
