the most accurate 1 i know of in the uk is u can take it 3 days before you are due on your period. however, the best ones are when you should have come on your period and are late. these are the most accurate x x x

So look at the best ones available on the market and see what the packaging says.
Its hard to tell if your pregnant unless you have any of the following symptoms: Your breasts may be tender and feel heavy, like they are made of lead!!.
You may feel sick in the morning or after meals,
You may feel tired more than normal. but its best to get a test or your doctor should have a strong enough test, but you may have to wait a week for the results, when I was pregnant my doctor told me that store bought tests are just as effective as the doctors test nowadays.
hope I have been helpful, let us know how you get on.
X
