I have always found him extremely handsome and I have expressed multiple times. Anyways we pick at each other all the time and last week, the picking got a little heated and we both said and did things we should've. He won't come back into Subway anymore. I just can't get him out of my head, I think about him all the time. How can I stop thinking about him and move on????

You will stop thinking about him less and less now that you do not see him anymore. It will ease off. Distract yourself with other things.

You've left an important detail out of your submittal:
Did he (or, did he NOT) get his sub toasted?????

Your post is a little confusing to me - picking? Did things you shouldn't have? You expressed you thought he was extremely handsome often? Maybe that came across overbearing. You just stop waiting for him to show up and do other things with your time. Eat somewhere else for a while. Start going on dates, if you're interested in that.
