I think the age difference of 18 yrs is taking its toll on us, but what if I dont find someone to love me like he does!?

I've been with by boyfiend for 2 years. We have an 18 year age gap, I'm almost 22. Recently I've been wondering whether I'm really up to this because of the age. He acts silly all the time so it's like going out with a child sometimes but he's balding and does look his age most of the time and I'm starting to feel I might be going off him. The problem is he is the nicest kindest guy and loves me to bits, I just wish he was a bit younger :( I don't know what to do, if I leave him I might not find someone who'll love me as much as he does and I'll have to go through all the stress of finding someone where I'm bound to worry about everything from their past cos I always do, I'm only just managing to get over this with my boyfriend now. What should I do? Sometimes I think I love him, other times I'm not so sure. So confused.
