Seriously, if you keep pushing it, she'll come around. She obviously likes you! Take my word for it. She's just so shy it's ridiculous.
Try talking to her again, or offer another venue? Like chatting online or telephone? Something that isn't so much in your face. It's hard to be all cool when you're shy, especially when you have a crush on the person your talking face to face to.
