Question - (18 January 2009) 2 Answers - (Newest, 19 January 2009)
A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Okay, I am worried my parents are hiding something from me. I don't know what it is, but I have asked my mum before but she said no, however that was when i was 10. I think I am older now and she might tell me if there is anything. I have this horrible gut feeling, every night I think about it but I cannot bring myself to ask. I know I am not adopted, I have seen my birth certificate several times, so I know it is not that. but there is something wrong and I need to know.

What should I do?

Kepi agony auntYou should talk with both of your parents together, tell them of your feelings and ask them if there are any grounds to them.

I an say that during growing up we all go through similar thoughts and it can be quite upsetting, but if you don't deal with it you can end up suffering, so, one evening sit with them and ask directly
