 Ask her outright! WATCH her face. Does she look at you when she replies? Do her eyes dart to and from you? Does she look at the ground or anywhere BUT at you? Does she blush? Does she get angry and tell you not to be so stupid? Does she stutter? ALL these things suggest she might be cheating on you.
You could also ask her to prove it to you. She'll say how? Then ask her to give you her cell phone (to check texts, call register etc.) ;o) If she refuses.... you KNOW she's cheating!!!
