Sophia.t is verified as being by the original poster of the questioni know he is on drugs because i heard him talking on the phone to his friend, and he has been acting wierd and has not been taking care of is hygiene. He goes out almost every night outside and comes back home in the morning and hes avoiding from getting a blood test. and also hes turning so weak, like a skeleton.
i just want to know whether i should tell my parents??
hes just ruining his life. and i cant take to him because im younger than him, hes just going to ignore me.

Find out if there is a drop in centre near where you live and go and seek some advice. Do you have a connextions near you, you can make an appointment to see someone to talk to in confidence. They will advise you on what to look for and also how to tackle the situation without causing distruption to the family hopefully.

That's a pretty strong accusation. How old is your brother and what leads you to believe he's on drugs? Give examples. You have to have some hard evidence before you going telling your parents.
