A female reader, someone to help United Kingdom +, writes (2 December 2010):

hiya,

i know its hard but noone can help if he is bipolar, im sure if he had the choice he would not want to bwe bipolar either. Maybe you can explain yourself to him and get him to understand.

If not go to a bipolar clinic and ask how you can calm him down, if all fails and you cannot help him and also cannot cope, then i would leave him. But most of all do what is right for you , you come first especially being pregnant you and the baby come first so just think what do you want , what does your heart want? and then and only then make a decision hun xxxx

lots of love

someone who can help

xx
