Just be open and honest with her. Things should never have got intimate between you both if you are not ready for a relationship, as this just would have led to false hope. Tell her you really value her friendship and you do not want anything to come in the way of that, so you feel it would be better that you both are not intimate together. If she confesses that she likes you more than a friend then just be honest with her and tell her that allow she is a great girl and you value her, you are just not ready for a relationship, explain to her that you feel to young and you want to live yourself before getting involved with any one. Yes it might hurt her, but it would be much better than giving her false hope that you two are going to be together.
