Crying every night isn't a good thing alone, let alone not feeling accomplished if you don't. I suggest you see your doctor and seek consuelling if he/she feels appropriate.

Don't be scared about it, coz there's nothing to be scared about. It could be any kind of depression and you can get drugs to help you along with it.

If you don't wanna do that you'll take the long hard route which, trust me, you don't wanna go through. Consuelling can make you believe in the positive things around you again, and just one visit can help you for life.

We're here for you to support you. Because your in the States I don't know any numbers off the top of my head. I'll message some people for numbers if they don't reply to this beforehand.

You could talk to the Samaritans. It could be just a UK thing, but you can go on their site and email them. Unfortunately they don't tend to give advice more support and listen to you - a bit like us really - but you can give it a go if you want (just search Samaritans into google and they should come up).

I'm by no means a trained professional on this, I can't instantly know if your depressed or not. I probably will never know but there are people who will know and if you feel comfortable contacting them, then I suggest you do that. At least you'll have some kind of direction.

You need to sort this out sooner rather than later.

You sound very depressed.

Take up something new. Go for a walk bofore bed and do something physical to tire out your brain. Watch your diet as a good diet means a healthy mind.

If it doesn't get any better of if you start getting thoughts of self harm or suicide then see a doctor for help.

Good Luck!! xx
