I think I'm in love with my brother's best friend's brother's very male best friend.

I only really got to know him because I have to pick up my little brother (Freddie) from his best friend's (Leo) house. I've always disliked Leo's older brother, and found his friends annoying, but one day I ended up taking Freddie and Leo to the park, and suddenly, Leo's older brother popped up with his best friend. We played a game of soccer and talked about our favorite teams, and when I got home I couldn't stop thinking about him.

At first I thought it was cause I'd made a new friend who wasn't as horrible as I first thought, but I keep seeing him now and my heart goes crazy and I can't stop thinking about him. I've always known I liked guys over girls, but I have never met any guy I've liked as much as this one.

But my dad is real awkward around gay guys, and my grandma (who lives with us) hates anything to do with gays- plus I still haven't told my parents about my sexuality. I know he's bisexual, and he keeps flirting with me, but I don't know if he feels the same way.

So I just wanna know if I should a) tell him, b) tell my dad, or c) tell my best friend (who has hinted that she likes him too). I'm just confused about what to do.

Hello,

I think you should first inform your friend that you like him as well. I have had some experience with two friends liking the same person. Sometimes that can decide it for you. You and her can decide to just leave him alone and not get involved for each others sake and for your friendships' sake. Now if you decide you will go for it you should probably inform your parents of your sexuality. I'm not saying this part will be easy, as it will be a tough decision to make, but your parents might be more accepting than you think. If not just make sure that you know there will be people in your life who do support you in whatever you do. Heck I will support your decision! :) I hope all goes well!

Best of Luck,
