Well she is the assistant manager, but that don't make much difference! I'm a female too and I am a lesbian, trouble is how do I know if she has hidden feelings. I was working with her all day yesterday and whenever we are alone she is flirty and we have a real laugh, I get to see the real side of her. Trouble is when we are with others she is distant. I think she loves her husband but what do I do cos I think I'm falling in love with her???

I think that you should just take this as it comes just now..She was probably just having a normal conversation with you and making you feel comfortable..
If she is amrried and loves her husband then you must try hard to move on from this crush you have as there is no way that she would leave him...
I would however advise you to just be friendly with her and see if anything happens... Try and control your feelings though as you said, she is married and you cant just change people...They have to change themselves..
