He ended up losing his best friend by going out with me, and has recently ditched most of his other friends and spends all his time with my friends, and I don't want him to feel that he's given it up for nothing. Is there a way to keep both of us happy?

Well you can't stay with him just because it might be awkward within your circle of friends. At your age boyfriends come and go and so do friends. Be nice when you break up with him and hopefully no one will have hard feelings and life will go on smoothly. When the dust has settled you two may even be able to be friends.

Hey babe, first off, you want to break up with him.. There is no reason you should stay with him, if you dont want to. That was his choice to drop his friends, you two are much better friends, honestly if you are concidering finishing it, then maybe there cvould be your answer? I hope i helped. Mail me if you would like to talk x x
