reader, anonymous, writes (2 June 2009): I kno wat ur going through...My ex, even tho we're friends now, "left" me for a younger, more childish girl. She is VERY annoying..to EVERYONE!! But he thinks he loves her, idk if he's in love with her. But anyway they dated a long time while i did my own thing, then they got tired of each other and he broke it off with her. Because of her ways. Now im back "friends" with him, even tho hes older than me and i am much more mature than that girl and he likes it. Maybe you should try finding a mature girl just to be your friend.... then if u like her mature ways more than the childish 1s ur used to........ make the switch!

 Don't expect her to change so she is what YOU want. Either love her as she is or move on. If it is just little things that drive you nuts about her, there is nothing wrong in talking about them, but don't make it out as she is always wrong and you always right.
Sometimes through mistakes we grow. Sometimes though love we grow up.
