I felt sick to my stomach and I thought i was going to faint or die. I think i may have experienced an anxiety attack, but that is something that has never happened to me before. I was scared. Has anyone has that happen to them before and is this something i need to medical attention to control? Reply to this Question Share |

yep that's anxiety attack, but also check your blood pressure, it very important. the best possible solution for that is to control your temper, take a deep breath and drink water, it will soothes the burst of your emotions.
