But the odd thing is, is that he has a girlfriend AND she goes to the club too, but i never see them together. Anyway since he has a girlfriend im gonna try and keep my distance on the romantic side of things. But why does he flirt with me and never goes to her? Please help :)

There's absolutely nothing wrong with being his friend though. Some boys at your age tend to have a girlfriend, but still look around to see if there's anything better on the market. When you're 13-15, relationships don't tend to mean much... apart from a kiss and a cuddle on a Saturday night and bragging rights with your friends.
If you like him and found you couldn't control the feelings, you could tell him how you feel about him and leave the ball in his court. If he likes you, he will act on it. However, don't interfere with their relationship.
Just enjoy life and being young :)
