Hello!
Look to know if he's even slightly interested in you, you gotta stop sleeping around with him. If he really likes you then he would keep in touch even without having sex with him and if he doesn't then that just means he's jus interested in fooling around with you.
And if he's only interested in sex then trust me its not possible to evoke his interest in you coz he's with you with a propaganda of jus having sex that's it. Please stop meeting him if he's just into sex, coz not only would this guy might be sleeping with multiple partner but he also puts you on high risk of sexually transmitted diseases. (And no Protection are not always 100% safe)
