writes: If someone finds faults with my work or does not find my approach or efforts to be proper, i takes it very personally and to the heart and get angry on the person who criticized. As i don't know how to express this anger, i suppress it for a long time and wait for that person to make some mistake. When it happens, i recall the suppressed feelings and discharge it on the person pointing fingers on him and blaming him to be rightfully responsible and that they deserve some hefty punishment. I have had anger related issues for quite some long time. Any advice on how to manage this?

If you cant there is help available. Dont be ashamed or afraid to ask. Your doctor being your 1st point of call.
