I sweat too much! what should I do?

hi everyone ok this question is a little weird i know that this happens to everyone but its terrible! ok its really embarrassing to talk about but i suffer from excessive sweating and i dont know how to control it ive taken pills, ive tried medicaations i dont know what to do because even when im sitting inside my house im sweating so bad is there something that i can do to reduce the sweating please help me! thank u much
