First thing? Relax. The more you "TRY" to have one, the less chance you are of having one. The more you do things to get it to happen with the expectation of it, the harder it is for it to go...or come... for lack of a better word.
So, next tiem, do this. Relax. Get yourself some baby oil or massage oil, whatever and rub yourself. No, not there, on your body...get yourself relaxed... if someone else is there, even better, get him/her to massage your body.
Then once you're feeling loopy from the massage, start massing yourself downstairs... The oil shouldn't go in your vagina but if you keep it outside it should be OK. Just rub the clit, as the other gal said, and things should start to function. If you start feeling pressure about having an orgasm, ie you start thinking too much, back off. Try to relax again. Find out what feels good. For some women it slow circles, for some it's fast stroking like you're trying to grate cheese at super speed, for some it's both, for some it's pressing up against your pubic bone...anyway you'll figure it out.
The point is, keep trying but be relaxed about it. :)

Maybe you wont be able to get an vaginal orgasm but try stimulating the clit. It might take some time but believe me it's worth it :)
