writes:three months back my best friend introduced me to his galfriend,a few days from there we became friends with ma friend's galfriend..Before i knew it we fell in love ,within days of the affair we got caught and i lost a friend,to make things worse the lady broke up with him just to be with me.now i can't even look at the guy in the eyes Am seriously confused coz i dont know what to do ,i love the lady as well as my friend

 This is really not such a difficult question...... WHY?
Because one needn't look at this from a human point of view..... ANYONE who would swoop in and pick off his "best friend's" girlfriend MUST, necessarily, only stick to rules made for DOGS!!!! And, in those rules, there's no mention of how to remain friends with someone after you've bitten him!!!!

 If you really do love her and plan on staying with her and think that she is worth losing your best friend over, them cut your losses as far as he's concerned and focus on her, remembering the deceitful circumstances that began your relationship. They say once a cheat, always a cheat so don't introduce her to any of your friends.
If you would rather have your friend back then break up with the girl and beg his forgiveness, but be prepared that he may not ever give it and that's his right. You are in the wrong. You betrayed him massively, you care more about yourself and this woman you barely know than you do about him.
