I have this really bad longing for him and he's only been gone a week. We speak to each other all the time on the phone but I don't want to sound depressed all the time I speak to him.. Any suggestions on how I can make this a bit easier please

I just spent the summer away from my boyfriend and I can tell you now that the first few weeks are the worst. You will get used to him being far away and so this will not be such a worry soon. Tell him about the good things that are happening to you. These memories will help cheer you up too. Also if you consciouly try and keep the "I miss you so much" comments to the end of the convo...or the beginning then the focus of the conversation is not all about how far you are apart.Hope this helps.Message me if you want to talk. x

Hi
You should think about all the good times that you are going to have when he gets back and about the wonderful relationship you have (think happy thought). you can also remember all the good/happy parts of your relationship. You dont want to sound depressed because when the call ends you dont want him to remember your sad/depressed voice. Give him something to look forward to when he gets back home. You can also make plans of things you wanna do when he gets back that would help you both to gets through this time.
Regards, mail me if you wanna talk
