I have this guy friend who is 18 (and I'm 17) and he is constantly teasing me (about anything), remembers the most random things I say, and purposely says things to get a rise out of me just so he could see my reaction (which he has admitted), but I know he's not doing it to be mean. So, I'm wondering if this guy likes me as just a friend or more than just a friend? I'm just confused because it seems like I'm getting mixed signals here.

If he teases you a lot he likes you, period. Friendship is always the basis for something more, be his friend, let him know you like him by listening to him and being there to talk giving him attention and your friendship will grow with time and maybe he will get around to asking you out if he wants a girlfriend.
