I recently had unprotected sex, but took the morning after pill. When can I start taking the contraceptive pill?

i recently had unprotected sex with this lad i have been seeing, it was the first time i had had unprotected sex and i am not on the pill i was waiting for my period to get back on it, i went and got the morning after pill and i am just wundering when i will be able to start taking the pill again? any ideas?
