A female , *atprincssfrmva writes:

Me and my boyfriend have been together for about 3 months almost, and we are very much in love. But recently he has said things like I love you and I wanna spend the rest of my life with you, and that he wants to get married and start a family, and that he respects my decision to wait to have sex, and that he never felt this way about another girl, and that I am the most beautiful girl in the world.

I want to believe he is not just saying that because he wants something from me. I can't even see him that much and we talk on the phone every day, but I don't think that that is enough. I know that he is getting tired of not being able to see me that much and only talking on the phone. Should I believe that he really does feel this way about me?

He probably thinks he really feels this way about you, but neither of you know each other long enough to be sure of your feelings. Some people do fall in love fairly quickly, and if their mate happens to learn to love them, too, a very fine match can be made that lasts. But, give yourself time. Live and get to know him through the four seasons. With time, either you will come to love him, as much as he loves you, now, or you will realize that something is not right and this relationship will not work out. Good luck. But give yourself the chance to be happy, too. He may be the right guy for you !
