Okay, First off, YOU can't get in trouble with the law just because you're hanging out with someone 4 years your minor. If her parents didn't agree with it, then yes they could say something, and unless this girl as a total bitch, then she will tell the truth and say nothing happened. You CANT get prosecuted if she says nothing happened. Now, as for the age gap. I'm going to tell you that 4 years is nothing to worry about. My bf is 23 years my senior, and I've yet to encounter a major issue with regards to that. Now, having said that, I am an adult, therefore I have more experience in life. You being 18 and being a senior, or already graduated and her being 14 and probably a freshman, might pose some problems just because you are both thinking differently. Most men your age think about having fun, and hanging out with friends, and their future. 14 year old girls however dont normally think about things like that, mostly they think about their friends, what their social status is, and boys, boys, boys. So I would suggest that you talk to her parents and find out what they are comfortable with. Good Luck, and message me if you need anything.

i would not meet with her because you could get into trouble because of the age difference. if her parents find out that you met and they don't approve of it, then no matter if you two do anything sexual or not, they can say that you did and you'll get in trouble cause your over 18. i guess if her parents approve of the two of you meeting, and make sure her parents tell you personally that it's ok first, then there probably wouldn't be any problem. but don't take any chances without knowing it's ok from her parents first, or you might go to jail. thats the way the laws are in the us, i'm not sure about your country. hope this helps.
