She seems to have her priorities in order, maybe you should take a leaf out of her book and slow down, whats the rush?.
If you are not willing to accept that she may not be interested in sex, maybe you should reconsider your relationship.

reader, anonymous, writes (23 October 2006): really liking someone doesn't mean that you have to have sex with them. in fact, it means that if she doesn't want sex just yet, you let HER decide when she's ready. truly liking someone means often times being able to put them ahead of yourself and your wants...and if all you're interested in is sex, i think you may need to re-evaluate your feelings for this girl.

well, first off, you are legally underage to have sex. If she's not that keen, then she probably won't want to have sex anyway. You havent mentoined why you think you don't get on well when you go out with eachother. Are you too simular? Too different?
I'd focus on having sex when you think it's with the right person, you are both ready and you're both 16 or over.
