He is in a relationship, so dont tell him.. You dont want to be the blame for his breakup.. Hon thats the best thing to do, until he is single.. and about your friendship, if you think he would rather be friends then dont tell him, and if you arent sure, then there isnt that much harm in asking his feelings on the situation, when he is single!
