Well you really need to just bite the bullet and ask this guy out, have some fun.... what you waiting for seriously you sound like a confident person so stop worrying how he will react ok sweetie personally i would say you should just cut to the chase and have some fun together ask him out

 Ever considered that hes a bit shy ? Not sure if you like him ? I think you are going to have to simply bite the bullet and ask if he wants to hang out with you. If he doesnt know that you like him then hes not going to be looking for it, so the only think you really can do is aks him! Maybe find a common interest and suggest that the two of you do something together as an ice breaker, something along those lines, for all you know he could be feeling the same way. At least this way you will know if he is intersted or not and this will stop driving you nuts!
