A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Dear Cupid.. So here it goes, I've basically really fancied this girl for around 2 years, it's like I'm obsessed with her. We went on a weekend away in a group of about 20, and because we were dancing really close one night, and texting and flirting through texting a bit, as she was texting me everyday i've just really fallen for her like crazy, it's stupid really but I dunno why I've become so obsessed with her. I'm a girl, 20, and I have a boyfriend who I've been with for 3 years. I love my boyfriend and care about him so much. However, I went clubbing in a group a couple of days ago and randomly bumped into her. We talked for ages as I haven't seen her in around 6 months, she was telling me how and why she split up with her boyfriend, and that she was meant to meet someone tonight but was gona ignore them so she could stay with me. So she didn't stick to her word, and this guy turned up. She was dancing loads with me, proper rubbing her body on mine and getting her mouth close to mine. When we were in the toilets she was like let me put this lip gloss on you, and did it so slowly, and getting close looking at my lips. We then got outside and 10 minutes later she was kissing this guy, and that's that really. I just want to know how the hell can I stop liking this girl that I have done for so long. She gives me mixed messages, I walked out of the club and didn't say bye I just ignored her., I can't stop thinking about her and I need to badly! Help please!!!!

I'm sorry to have to say this, but it sounds like she likes your interest in her, and enjoys using it to turn on men, rather than her having an interest in you. It's perhaps best to physically separate, and hang out with other people until your feelings lessen.
