kenny agony auntLike tommy7 says talk to your friend about this, and tell her you are going to make a move on this guy. It could well be your friend does not like him in this way, but it will not hurt just to tell her. I think this guy likes you, which is why he flirts with you, why don't you reciprocate the flirting back, this will tell him you are returning his feelings.
