True help is what trained professionals can do for you.Go see a counsellor for your personal needs and see a marriage counsellor together. A marriage counsellor will bring to light all issues and then help you how to deal with them and "fix" them.You are not alone; my Foster Mother used to tell me time and again about her feelings. I knew then that it was her struggle with self esteem, self worth, self image, her marraige- I remember her saying how insensitve my Dad was for wanting to take, take, take and not give her time, give her a hug, give her space.
