writes:I don't understand my friend. She and her husband have been married for 9 years and barely do anything together. He was always going out alone, calling to say he wouldn't be home and now HE has filed for divorce saying he hasn't been happy. She stays home and watches television quite a bit while he goes out. From what I understand, sex hasn't been there for a couple of years so chances are, he's been out with women and now that he's filed, he doesn't come home on weekends ever. What I don't understand is that she never asked where he's been or who he is with or if he's even met someone (which obviously he has). She never questions him or checks his phone, just says "see ya Sunday" when he leaves. They still live together until the divorce or house sells but apparently he was like this but not as bad even during the marriage. She just sits back and goes along with it and never asks. He gave her the divorce papers and she just signed. She acknowledges she hasn't slept with him but never said why and never occured to her that that may be the reason it fell apart. Are there many marriages like this? They have no children so that wasn't the reason either.
