writes: Im 14, and i today i was finally able to pull back my foreskin all the way (since it was a bit tight). But once it was there, the foreskin wouldn't go back. The foreskin is now just behind/under the head (well the coronal sulcus). I cant really get the foreskin to go back up. Im starting to get really worried if i did something wrong.Also, when the head touches something, it hurts. A lot. Probabaly just sensitivity.But could someone please help ASAP, i really do not want to go to the Doctors to get this fixed.Thans in advance

reader, anonymous, writes (13 March 2006): Get some luke warm water on it. The water wont hurt the head but it sounds like everything is dry and if thats so it wont go back. If you can get it as far as you can then pinch your foreskin and pull it forward everything should be back to normal. That worked for me just put water over it, if that dosen't work then i would go and see a doc.

 Go to the doctor's, as soon as possible. Seriously. Yes, it's terribly embarrassing, but surely this particular bit of you is important enough that you should make sure it gets the best possible care? This really isn't the place for emergency medical advice; I'm afraid you're just going to have to suck it up and show it tosomeone. This sounds a bit like something that my cousin had - he'd always had trouble with his foreskin, and when he was about sixteen, he had to have a little operation to sort it out. He told me that it was pretty awful, but also that he was the only kid in school who could boast that he'd had a nurse playing with his bits recently!
