You can use baby oil or vaseline (less suspicious than lube and cheaper! my boyfriend loved the feeling of baby oil mre than vaseline) but those won't work if you use a condom because they will break down the latex.
You can also use your own saliva but some girls are uncomfortable with that as they are afraid it will give the guy the wrong idea.
Also try www.handjobadvice.com - they show you how to without it being porn. They use a toy to demonstrate on.
Do yourself a favour and take tissues and/or wet wipes with which to "clean up" afterwards.
