But when it comes to sex i'm always worried about lasting long. I had no worries or troubles with lasting long with my first girlfriend, but it seems over time, ive had trouble at lasting. Now i don't feel confident to have sex without quickly wanking before sex without my girlfriend knowing then we go onto have sex and it last about 45minutes. I know this would be called Premature Ejaculation, and just wanna know HOW THE HELL CAN I GET BACK TO THE WAY I WAS?Once being in the middle of sex and stuff, im very confident, confident being with woman etc. but not sure why my sex drive is so high i have trouble lasting.  There is nothing wrong with unloading the gun before intercourse with a girl and lasting 45 minutes is actually very impressive. No matter what you have to do to get there.If this workes for you then why fight it? Forget about what you could do before, things change and worring about it will only make things worse.So please don't be embarrased about wanking off first or hide it from your girlfriend. Just ask her which way she wants it, a quicky right now or a longer session after a brief intermission? Tell he the choice is hers.
