But ask your guy how he likes it and what feels good- i always say to my bf- i don't know because i cant feel it! you gotta tell me!

Oral is not really something you learn, it's just something you do (or not, depending on your particular preferences and those of your man). My only tip would be don't try to be too gentle. Obviously you don't want to bite hard and really hurt him, but other than that being fairly vigorous about it once you get going generally works best.
If you want to give him "the best sex ever" then you really need to find out his particular likes and dislikes, because everyone is different. Most men have some sort of activity that turns them on more than anything else, which may be perfectly conventional or may be a mild "kink" or may be fairly extreme. e.g. does he like to be on top or to have you on top? What other parts of his body does he like to have touched, stroked, licked, smacked? Does he like you to wear soft things, or leather, or rubber or fur or anything else? Does he want you to be giggly and girlish, or strong and efficient? Does he want to be tied to the bed or spanked or to tie or spank you? I don't know! And neither do you until you find out.
