But the one thing that bothers me is that they are all really fit and skinny (not fit because the majority of them smoke). I'm quite chubby and that has troubled me most of my life, I've tried to loose weight believe me but it never actually works for me! I never see a difference. Anyway, i am going to Bahrain soon and i would like to know of any special diet and workout routine so i can look better. I would REALLY appreciate this as it would also improve my confidence :)

hope this helped mate

if you've tried things and they have still not worked try speaking to your doctor about anything they can provide you?
may he can give you a little calorie thing so you can only eat a certain amount a day or something or give you some food ideas that will help you or maybe some regiem.
perhaps go jogging for half an hour a night that's good for you.
perhaps some sit ups each night?
or try the wii fit that's good stuff.

Loosing weight requires discipline - it doesn't come for free. there is some great advice on this post:
http://www.dearcupid.org/question/i-want-to-lose-50-pounds-by-the.html
- Self confidence - loosing weight will help. But its really in your head, not your body. The way to be more confident is to be more confident - e.g. just to it. DOn sit and worry - go do.

heyy, i have the same problem, i now left secondary and my confidence kees building as will yours. you dont need to worry about weight just yet you're too young. last year i lost 2 st just going to the gym with friend. if you want to loose weight motivation is the key. and if you can do it with the ones you love is even better. because you have the support. i recently got tablets for my weight from the doctor. they block 2/3 of fat from passing in your digestive system. i resorted to pills, but there still useless because you still have to have a balanced diet. so their not even neccessary. its not a matter of watching what you eat either. thats rubish . yeah you should be nutritional. its burning what you eat off after you've eaten it.
