 yea theres something wrong, girls usually move faster in a relationship then guys, if you have only made out one in 3 months you need to evaluate your relationship,
talk to your girl dont worry about tips and things and having a good make out session that will come natural but you need to find out where this relationship is going.
try being more agressive, dont force your girl to do anything she doesnt want to do but see how far she is willing to go atleast that will give you some idea of how she feels about you
