(yes my husband does think I am but I want to look amazing, for MYSELF)I have quite a round chubby face, dark hair cut into a short bob (so I cant think of anything to style it different? help!) blue eyes, but I wear glasses, and no contact lenses are not an option. I have a lot of freckles, which I don't care but I do not like!! and am just very plaing, boring and un pretty lookingplease give me some tips!!

my eyes are pretty small and I wear glasses too, but i find that a bit of white eyeliner on the water line and the corner of my eyes, along with a thin black eyeline on the top lid, and slightly thicker on the bottom stopping about halfway across can really make your eyes stand out :) you could put a pretty clip into your hair to match your outfit or straighten it/make it wavy too? maybe practise learning to contour your face to make it look thinner? :D

I agree with the first aunt - self confidence is so so sexy!
before you do anything, tomorrow morning when you wake up look in the mirror, and look at you like your looking at someone else and say something really nice about yourself.
I bet your dark hair really makes your eyes look bright, how lovely to have dark hair and blue eyes :)
do this everyday, start loving your appearance by just saying something nice about yourself to yourself each day!
and when its the day off the big day, book an appointment with Benefit - they are great at making natural beauty shine through

Take yourself to the cosmetic counter at a good department store... ask them for help... often they will do a free makeover for you and teach you how to put the makeup on. It's nice then if you can to purchase some from them. Not sure what you have in your part of the world but here I like Clinique and have been using it since I was your age.
Hiding the freckles will not work well... and if your skin is clear other than freckles I would go with a sheer foundation if you need one at all... BLUSH as a former poster suggested does NOTHING for freckles...
I think that freckles are adorable. My friend's daughter in law is a very fair pale redhead and is covered with freckles and she is stunning.
YOU are probably a lot prettier than you think you are... it's normally how we women roll...
as for your hair... a lovely bedazzled hair clip might work well.

Try a bit of blush for the freckles, if your hair stops at your shoulders then leave it. if it goes to you shoulder blades, either all behind you or a low ponytail. if lower then try a loose braid or all behind you. I wear glasses but I dont worry too much when I go places. hope that helps! eyeliner works wonders too!

So choose the level of makeup, shoes, and hair style that you feel most confident in. If you are not used to too much make up and heels but wear them anyway, it will show! What you can do is go on YouTube andook up how to do makeup in the style of the celebrity you look like. Or you can go to Boots and get a makeover for the evening. But do it with plenty of time so you can change it if you don't like it
