Well, this is going to be long because I have no idea what you look like. if you have dark hair and dark eyes the colors that look best on you are colors like blue. So I would get some dark blue, and some light blue eyeshadow. Put the light blue on the lid, and the dark blue on the corner and in the outer creases to make a dramatic look without looking like a hooker. Put on some Onyx (black) mascara, put on some concealer and a tiny bit of powder on the T-Zone, and some lip gloss thats a bit pinkish red, and you're beautiful. Now if you have fair hair and fair eyes, thats a bit different Use browns, they look the best on women that are fair toned. Start with a dark brown and a light brown, and some really light beige. Apply the darb brown over your entire eyelid, then apply the light brown right underneath the waterline. Then apply the light beige as a highlight and use some brown mascara, and some brown eyeliner, Then use some concealer, and some powder for that T-Zone and use some pretty lip gloss in brown or if you want to go for dramatic then use some red lipstick with a bit of clear gloss. Just remember that you should always accent your best feature. So experiment. and you could always look on Youtube for makeup adive, they have everything on there. So just be yourself. Best of Luck

As for make up, i'd sugest just a coat of compact powder to avoid shine and give the skin a nice texture, find a compact so you can keep it in your purse and have a quick touch up after dancing or sweating.
In the eyes Id suggest one or two tones of shadows in a neutral skin, at nights you can practise with different ones until you find which one fits you more. Curl your eyelashes and put on some waterproof mascara. Then apply a little gloss on the lips, also in a natural tone. If you find one that smells fruity, the better.
Meanwhile, clean and hidrate your face every night. If you can eat more friuts and vegetables, and take vitamins it will make your skin look healthier.
Have grat time!
