I need help with my trust issues...any advice?

help! im a 29yr old woman with a 10yr old daughter from a previous relationship. Ive been with my boyfriend (the 2nd one ive had since the split from my daughters dad when i was pregnant) for nearly two yrs...but i still dont entirely trust him and i get really jealous really easy and we end up having rows about it. he has a handful a female friends, 3 of which ive met and he works with his ex...his partner of 10 months before me. even yhough i know he has been completey faithful i still cant seem to shake these insecurities...any advice would be greatly appreciated!

kellyxxx agony auntI have been insecure in the past. I find that its important to boost your own self confidence, get a makeover and stuff like that so that you look great, this will make you feel better immediatly! A guy who wants to cheat will cheat so know matter how many insecurities you have you won't be able to stop him! The best thing to do is when you feel a bad thought then reassure yourself by speaking out loud, tell yourself he has never cheated and never will and compliment yourself! This really does work! Keep yourself busy and soon it will be a thing of the past! X
