writes:I have been on a few dates with this boy and he started to kiss me the other night and I kind of freaked out because I have never snogged anyone before and everyone tells me just relax and you will know what to do because it comes naturally, but it didn't and we ended up banging teeth and I felt like a right riot and I am scared to try it again because it was such a disaster and this boy has lots of experience and he also said I was a bit uptight.  You probably banged teeth because you were nervous. If you want to kiss him, just relax. Start off by letting him kiss you. Be soft and follow his lead. You'll learn from there. Don't worry about it, you do learn on the job! Practising on your hand isn't the same as kissing, kissing is a two-way street and your hand isn't going to kiss you back. You just need to relax and not stiffen up. Don't worry and have fun.

If he says you were uptight then you were. The next time you are with him just act normally and have fun and if the moment comes just kiss him. I know you said it wasn't natural but that's because you knew it was happening. If you are having fun with him then you shouldn't be aware of things happening but should go with the flow.
